Hi, I'm a little bit confuse here, I don't think there is a relation between the web interface IP address and the one in your data store, CMIIW :D. In my opinion if your setting in utadm is wrong then your new server wont be able to give any session...
So what I can suggest is you edit /etc/hosts add some extra line, but don't erase anything.
