Aha. I was wondering how uttsc fit into this. It appears to me that uttsc/Windows intercepts *all* keystrokes, so the utslaunch-related ones aren't working either (e.g. Shift-Props). This may not be a viable solution for you.
Can you describe your user scenario a bit more? Why do you want a user to choose a server on every hotdesk? One problem with any utselect-based approach (within your session - i.e. after card insertion) is that you lose the value of a FOG - no load balancing or automatic session location. Could you issue each user a set of smartcards for different FOGs, and simply use AMGH? This would perform load balancing and session location for you. Another option, if all your users use cards, is to use selectAtLogin and remoteSelect and have users enter a server name in the group they desire *before* inserting their card. Card insertion would then simply perform normal hotdesking within that FOG.
