Hello! I am working with an old SunRay-1 / Solaris 8 system. The server is a sunblade 2500, which is not too bad a machine, however, I am having trouble running apps which require multiple browser windows to be running loaded with java applets and flash. The cpu spikes considerably with new invocations of the app on multiple clients. The apps often crash in this situation. Running the app in a single instance on the server is stable. Is there a known weakness in running "heavier" browser/media apps using the (old) SRSS and SunRay-1 on Solaris 8? Thanks. Keith P.S.: I've had no experience with thin cilent systems until now. I apologize for a lack of prior research here, but I hope someone here can give me a little experience-based insight.
