Did you run utreplica -s <primary> on the new secondary?

After running utconfig on a secondary server, I ran the following

nocsrt3: Connection refused
utreplica: Warning, Unable to determine the replication status of secondary
server nocsrt3. It's possible that the secondary server is not yet
configured.
Both are Solaris 10 running SRSS 4.0. I can ping the servers.
Any suggestions?
