Perhaps I am not understanding but you are accessing a 2003 terminal server, it doesn't make any difference if this is done via mstsc, sunray, wyse etc etc. If the printer is installed on the terminal server then the user will be able to print to it. If the printer is not installed them it must be installed via the normal windows way.
