There are some configuration in Sun Ray to make this or RL> I must to install rdesktop for this application??? You can create a customized Kiosk session assigned to these users. One way I'd suggest under Solaris SRRS at the moment is the package FLButselector. There you'd write up (customize from samples) a couple of different descriptors for different looks of a Kiosk/CAM session. One or more of these would execute uttsc (Sun Ray Connector) or rdesktop (OpenSource) to pass the RDP sessions to your SunRay Server and then to DTUs. Now, how do you differentiate between "users"? Are these people with registered tokens (smartcards or NSCM logins), or do you expect the DTUs themselves to offer different services based on their location? What I can think of at the moment, you'd use registered tokens and assign them to a "Regular session" in SRSS4 Web GUI. You'd also define the "Kiosk" session as the default for token-less logins (and perhaps for random tokens too), and define a default wrapper script to be uttsc-direct. Finally, if you only have two usecase scenarios - Unix and Windows, you can simply define a Kiosk Windows Connector session (as the one and only Kiosk definition) and a Regular Unix session. -- Best regards, Jim Klimov mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] _______________________________________________ SunRay-Users mailing list [email protected] http://www.filibeto.org/mailman/listinfo/sunray-users
