What happens if you do a cold restart after boot? (# /opt/sfw/sbin/utrestart -c) Does that start them up? And are you running the latest patch 127553-03? (http://www.sun.com/software/sunray/upgrades.jsp) Lastly - what is the code on the Sun Ray's screen? (i.e. 26D) Those are in the manual.
