i am trying to use USB printer attached to DTU. i have gone through Sun
Ray Server Software 4.0 Administrator’s Guide for Solaris • September
2007 page 62 "Attached Printers" & Sun Ray Connector for Windows
Operating Systems 2.0 Installation and Administration Guide • September
2007 page 22 "Printing" and followed all steps.

when i connect my printer to DTU, it gets visible on SunRay server but
is not transported to windows session. i think it is an issue with
windows connector settings.

i used following command given in "Making Sun Ray Printers Available to
Windows mentioned on page 25 of SRWC Administration guide":-

% /opt/SUWuttsc/bin/uttsc -r printer:<printername>=<driver name>
<hostname.domain>

the moment i run the command from Sun Ray active session it gives me an
error message "master control open: permission denied" and then it
opens up login screen of windows server 2003 to which i want to
connect. i login as administrator but then nothing happens.

if anybody out there knows the solution, please help. i am in real trouble....

thanx,

Farrukh Naghman
