When the Sun Ray shows 22D, is the IP address of the server in the on-screen progress icon correct? Do any interesting reports appear in /var/opt/SUNWut/log/messages while the Sun Ray is attempting to connect? What is the IP address of the Sun Ray unit, and what does 'utadm -l' show on the server?
