The "dtlogin-SunRay" password section is needed only if password have
expired. It should not affect login with an account that works over ssh.
The "dtsession-SunRay" section is used only by the CDE screen lock, so
it does not affect initial login or non-CDE sessions.
For a fully correct configuration both should be updated, but they are
unlikely to be relevant to the described symptoms.
