Afraid I don't know what code 17 is either, so I'm not sure if this will help, 
but have you done any customizations to your set up? I saw things like this 
before but it was with a previous version of Sun Ray software and a CAM script. 
It literally was the script dieing because of problems with the customizations.

If not you may want to double check things on your Windows servers. Do you see 
any errors when you try to remote connect outside of kiosk mode? Meaning you're 
not having problem with your Windows license server, for example.

I am getting them up to 7 times per second.  Huge loads on the servers when 
there are a lot of them.  I believe they correspond to the number of 
connections listed as
