I'm sure this question is answered already in some obvious place, but I'm just not finding it. We have a bunch of Sun Rays with generic PC keyboards, and occasionally they get hung up and need a restart. Power cycling doesn't always work at times like this, but the ones with Sun keyboards seem to respond well to a ctl-diamond-crescent combo.
Googling, I found a post somewhere saying that Sun Ray 3.1 didn't have a comparable combo for a generic PC keyboard, but the "next release" would. We're on 4.0, so am I in luck?
