Hi, I just discovered that /etc/opt/SUNWut/xmgr/remove-dpy (which is being called by utsession -k) calls nawk in line 47, which fails on Linux (none of the RedHat or Centos systems here has nawk.) Symlinking /bin/gawk to /bin/nawk fixes this, changing line 47
Did you see any actual broken SRSS behavior resulting from this issue? We know of the issue but at the moment it's low priority since we don't know of any serious impact resulting from it. I need to investigate whether the gawk/nawk is simply superflous at this point and can be removed, vs needs to be fixed, but I have more serious issues I'm dealing with at the moment. If you knew of any actual problem resulting from this that could change its priority.
