Is there any documented network "best practices" or switches and
settings for a large Sunray deployment?
We are looking to tune our network for best performance and we are
looking for guidance in how our network
should be configured.
Testing done-
When direct connect to DTU expected response.
When interconnect connected through cisco expected response.
When interconnect connected through Foundry switch tearing and up to 40%
packet loss.
We are just looking for any documented or recommended switch settings etc..

6 M4000 sunray session servers using 3 NICs
1- sunray
interconnect (foundry
fiber gig switch)
2- interconnect to windows terminal servers (cisco gig
switch)
3- maintenance network (ALOMs and ILOs) (100 mb switch)
7 4100s windows terminal servers using 2 NICs
1- interconnect to SRSS
(cisco)
2- connection to customer AD
(foundry fiber gig switch)
