Hi,
are these "normal" errors and what do they mean?
Here is some odd ldap serch failed things...
------
Oct 29 12:00:59 hel-srsxxx utdtsession: [ID 702911 user.info] Delete
(71,pseudo.00144fd6xxxx)
Normal. Means a session was deleted which was associated with the
listed token (and display 71).
Oct 29 12:01:19 hel-srsxxx java[1345]: [ID 702911 user.info]
search_for_entries(): LDAP search failed - No such object
This may or may not be related to SRSS, since it's from java. Is 1345
the PID of utauthd?
I do see these kind of messages logged mainly when done some operations
from
Admin GUI.
Oct 29 12:00:28 hel-srsxxx utauthd: [ID 176266 user.info] Worker4
CONFIG_ERROR: length or offset out of range (caught)
Oct 29 12:00:29 hel-srsxxx utauthd: [ID 962200 user.info] Worker6
CONFIG_ERROR: Property [dtu.id] not found (caught)
Oct 29 12:00:29 hel-srsxxx utauthd: [ID 866206 user.info] Worker6
CONFIG_ERROR: Property [dtu.type] not found (caught)
THIS is strange. It appears to be due to errors in a smartcard config
file. Did you write your own to recognize an unusual type of card?
What does 'utcard -l' show?
I do see these messages when used certain smartcards.
However those seems halmless and sessions continue normally.
A related bug is 4779432.
[4779432 Insertion of Cryotoflex card gives CONFIG_ERROR in messages log.]
Thanks

Oct 29 12:00:29 hel-srsxxx utauthd: [ID 512730 user.info] Worker7
NOTICE: whichServer user.1220941860-4328:
Normal. Part of Group Manager's algorithm for locating a session
within a FOG.
So are these something to worry about or what?
The smartcard config file errors could be.
