I have a problem with the above service with Solaris 10 U6 sparc, SRSS 4.1. From time to time I get jdshelp-server that pegs a cpu (I have 4, so 25% cpu time), at which point no application will be able to serve help / documentation.
For example: PID USERNAME SIZE RSS STATE PRI NICE TIME CPU PROCESS/NLWP 5580 fdion 123M 48M cpu2 0 0 9:33:56 25% jdshelp-server/13 Once that happens, I have to kill that process, and then it'll work for a little while until the next issue. I only have 4 real users, and it is typically the number of sessions I have concurently, unless I'm playing music on the sunray that's connected to my home theater (although that's another story - I can no longer pipe audio to it with the 4.x SRSS, havent had the chance to investigate).
