Hi list.

I'm trying to use the RCT, described on the sun-rays.org wiki:

 http://wiki.sun-rays.org/index.php/SRSS_Addon:_Remote_Control_Toolkit

First off, is this is a good place to ask about the tool? I've looked
through the wiki page and the README that came with the software but
didn't spot contact information, so please shoo me off if I'm in the
wrong mailing list.

Everything works fine except that my VNC client draws a black screen.
The connection seems fine, mouse moves and I can even interact with the
session, click buttons and so forth provided that I squint at the DTU
from across the room.

The Sun Ray server is Solaris 10/x86, VNC clients I've tried are
TightVNC on Linux, and the Java applet from Linux and Windows, so I
don't think it's my VNC client that's broken. (I use VNC all the time
and haven't had this problem elsewhere.)

Our Sun Rays display the Windows Connectior in kiosk mode.

I do notice from the wiki that RTC supports "4.0 only", but this Sun Ray
server is on 4.1. I figured it was worth a try anyhow, maybe the wiki
really meant "4.0 or newer", looked like the wiki page hadn't been
updated since before 4.1 was born.

Anybody know what might be wrong, or how I might come up with better
debug information?

Thanks,
--Michael
