Nothing through the admin tools. You could try just turning off execute
permission on /opt/SUNWut/bin/utaudio... Unfortunately that's not
patch/upgrade-proof.

[1] By which I mean that I can easily start hacking into the Xsession
scripts, but maybe there's a tick box or a config file somewhere
that I've missed.
