So now AMGH is working, inserting my ID card in my test sunray it does
query my master sunray server in our main FOG and then finds my saved
session! But one problem remains. When I pull my card out my test
sunray connects to a login screen of one of my main sunray servers
instead of falling back to my test sunray kiosk server!?!? How do I get
my test sunray to fall back to it's sunray kiosk server?

Thanks...
Well, that's "works as designed".

Remember that when you remove your card, the card token is removed and
DTU pseudo token is "inserted", so AMGH can take a swing at *it*. So,
if you want to have it go back, you might use AMGH on your test servers
also, and for "pseudo" insert_tokens return use_firstserver=true. This
option says that the Sun Ray should connect to the first server it
connected to upon bootup. Or, of course, you can explicitly direct them
to the kiosk hosts if that makes more sense for your site.
I'm not quite following this. Right now AMGH is setup on my test server
only. Are you saying I need to setup AMGH on my main Sunray FOG group
as well with the use_firstserver=true? Where do you put that setting?

If you want AMGH to send you back it has to be running on the server that you'll be connecting to.

Sorry, I don't follow your nomenclature for "test server" and "main Sunray FOG group", but generally speaking AMGH must run everywhere you expect to connect to if you want complete control. Most people write a single AMGH script, install it everywhere, and configure it in each FOG/standalone. You simply want the script to emit "use_firstserver=true" (and exit with 0 status) if it sees insert_token equal to "pseudo.*", for a "return to home on card removal" sort of model.
