You can add a session type to dtlogin that execs the ICA Client. But
that's sub optimal as you have to login twice.
I'd use SRSS 4.1 (4.0 will do fine), Kiosk mode, and then you can do it
on a token by token basis using the kiosk override.
Somewhere around here I have the necessary files to add a citrix desktop
choice to dtlogin, I'll search for them and post.
