Asunto: [SunRay-Users] sound with Firefox and SRSS 4.1 on CentOS 5.2
Hi, I'm having a heck of a time trying to get sound/audio completely
functional with a SunRay running off of a CentOS 5.2 server when using
Firefox. I do have basic sound playback working from the SunRay, but
Firefox does not play back sound using either Flash or a Java based
online game that I'm testing. I've tried unsetting LD_PRELOAD and then
starting Firefox. This helped and did allow the online game to function
somewhat (without sound), but didn't really address the problem.
I've got SRSS 4.1 installed on the CentOS 5.2 server and just applied the 4.1
patches from Sun.
Any ideas?
Thanks
