If you have purchased licenses and support, then there is nothing more
to do. There is no "hard" licensing mechanism within the software.

use the web interface to do this. What's the command I need to
use to register a pseudo.* token please?
/opt/SUNWut/sbin/utuser -a "pseudo.<mac>,,,<name>,"
Where <mac> is the MAC address and <name> is a name for the device.
you could use the MAc address again here as well.
