You can't with the printer connected to the Sun Ray.

To get the printer working, you have to get it to work under Linux/Solaris,
whichever your SRSS is, then use RDP redirect to connect it to the Windows.

For the scanner; RDP has no idea what that is, and chances are neither does
your OS, what with all the *brilliant* *NIX support Lexmark has been
offering and all </sarcasm off>

For the printer a regular print server might do fine.
For the scanner, your only option would (maybe, I'm not sure) be a USB
Server such as the Keyspan one.
