I have a Sun Ray installation as follows: Solaris 10 05/08 (sparc) SRSS 4.1 with 139548-01 applied.
I use the Sun Update Manager to keep Solaris 10 patches up to date. Recently, after applying a large batch of Solaris 10 patches using the Sun Update Manager, my Sun Ray installation, which had previously been working perfectly, stopped working normally. At this time all of the latest patches available via the Sun Update Manager have been applied.
Currently, the Sun Ray DTU still presents a Solaris login screen and everything appears normal. But when I attempt to login, I will see briefly see a 26D icon and the login screen is re-presented. So basically, while everything appears normal, I can no longer login on the DTU. Every time I try to login, the DTU just cycles back to the login screen. While on the login screen, pressing the 3 sound keys displays a 34D icon.
So it seems that applying one (or more) of the recent Solaris patches, introduced the problem. Any suggestions ??
