Anyway, now that OpenSolaris is heading to IBM System/z, I wouldn't
mind seeing a version of SRSS running on it.
Oh! Umm...yes. :-) That would indeed be nice.
If IBM does swallow up Sun, I sure hope they don't squash it. I'm
about to build out a whole new datacenter based on Sun gear. I don't
need the support (no engineer worth his salt does, despite popular
opinion) but I certainly don't want to see my upgrade path and new OS
releases vaporize.
