Dear all,
Just to include the latest findings of the our test. We have tried to
a) kill uttsc process in Sun Ray server manually
b) Ctrl + Alt + Backspace twice to terminate uttsc session
c) Logoff the Windows session (which it turns exit the uttsc session)
We are getting the same results in all three cases. If I understand how
it works correctly, the serial port will be redirected again once the
uttsc session is exited and a new session is established. This leads us
to think maybe the problem is somewhat deeper. There is always exactly
ONE server that will work. If the first server connected will not work,
connecting to the second server will always work.
BTW, is there any chance this is related to
http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg12106.html? We
do experience similar failure when shutting down one of the server in
the FOG. Is there any fix on the problem yet?
Thanks.

Dear all,
We are setting up serial port redirection using "uttsc -r comport" in
a two servers Sun Ray FOG. Whenever there is only one server started
up in the FOG, the COM port works as expected. When the second server
is started up, the COM port works intermittently.
Thanks.
