Try this:

>From the Server 

utfwload -aH

This will show you the Surnay Mac, IP, Firmware etc. If it is not 4.1

run

utfwadm -A -a -N all -f /opt/SUNWut/lib/firmware_gui

then run:

utfwload -L 

watch the Sunray screen If it does not work then thry the above command 
with -F instead of -f.

To confirm run

utfwload -aH

The firmware only needs to be moved to /tftpboot with the correct 
settings.
This needs to be done with the utfwadm command with the -f option.
See man -M /opt/SUNWut/man utfwadm for the correct settings.
