wow, that's a lot of options (and a very helpful post). But you can get
away with less. This is working well for me:

host SOMEUNIQUENAME {
        hardware ethernet MACOFRAY;
        next-server     SRSSIP;
        fixed-address   STATICIPFORRAY;
}

Models with a newer firmware didn't even need this, through some magic,
they received an ip from the dhcp server and somehow managed to find the
SRSS Server on the same subnet (which has dhcp disabled). The only thing
not working is automatic FW upgrade (and everything else you can set in
the options).
