Dears, Iam using sunray version 4.1 with windows connector version 2.1
We are facing two issue with sun ray : 1- Some times all sun rays cannot login to windows , I can reach sun ray page but after inserting the card black screen appeared and I have to wait 20 minutes to reach windows login page. Usually to resolve this issue I have to restart the sun ray . 2- I have an issue with keyboard , some times after inserting the card , the keyboard does not work at all , I tried to reset the thin client but it did not resolve the issue. please advice..
