hello all,
i noticed that i have a blank screen, only cursor, when a user first log
in. There is an error in .xsession-errors:
/etc/opt/SUNWut/gdm/SunRayPreSession/SessReg: could not find the sessreg
utility, cannot update wtmp and utmp
/etc/X11/gdm/Xsession: Beginning session setup...
/etc/X11/gdm/Xsession: Setup done, will execute: /usr/bin/dtstart jds
i have to kill the X server with ctrl-alt-backspace
this error doesn't happen if the user fisrt log in onto the server, and
yes, the file /etc/opt/SUNWut/gdm/SunRayPreSession/SessReg is here:
he...@ultra20:~$ ls -l /etc/opt/SUNWut/gdm/SunRayPreSession/SessReg
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root bin 1027 2008-09-25 22:16

any idea why it is happening?
