Hi,

How is that you are running/patching SRWC 2.0 with SRSS 4.1? SRSS 4.1 requires SRWC 2.1
Yes. You are right. I have double confirmed. The SRSS 4.1 is running with SRWC 2.1. There is no patch released yet for SRWC2.1 My bad.

There's also a whole other matrix of patches that have a relationship to SRSS such as dtlogin, kernel patches, network stack patches, etc. This system does not appear to have been set up in a supported manner. For 50 users, I'd start from scratch in a known good supported setup. The admin guide fully >explains what is supported. A common subnet shared between each server, 32 bit Java, Full Install of Solaris, etc.
Yes. You could be right. Our usual practice is to setup the latest Solaris (in this case Solaris 10 u6) and apply the latest recommended patches in EIS DVD. We might have overlooked patches that are not included in the recommended patches but are required for SRSS to run properly. We will review the installation steps and see if we can find anything.

Solaris 10 Update 7 was recently released. It has most (but not all) current
patches integrated so you might wish investigate upgrading to that using
either a normal upgrade or Live Upgrade. I looked through the release
notes and didn't notice anything about SunRay problems but I didn't
read it thoroughly so you might start there (docs.sun.com installation
collection for Solaris 10).
