Hello, i have a question using the windows connector, i am running srss 4.1 with the srwc 2.0 and i have run into and issue using windows 2008 that i did not have using windows 2003 server as a client, in 2003 my help desk staff could connnect to users session using the terminals services manager and help users on screen. it worked really well. however since i have upgraded to windows 2008 as my terminal server when my users try to connect to a desktop session it basically restarts the session on the sunray... any ideas on why this changed? or what i can do to fix it?
