I would add the new server with srss 4.1 installed as a secondary of
the current FOG, then follow the steps in the admin guide to promote
it to the primary.
There are several other ways to do it, but this is pretty straight
forward.
You will want to eventually upgrade the remaining machines in your FOG
to 4.1 as well.
