Hi,
IHAC that's using a Firefox kiosk mode browser from Sun Rays to access
their SGD array. I used this guide
(http://blogs.sun.com/ThinkThin/entry/kiosk_mode_browser) for the
firefox setup and Firefox is setup as a Critical kiosk-mode application
under Java Desktop. This setup works great except that the customer
would really like to see a clock of some sort on the desktop. I've
fiddled with this a bit but I'm not sure how to setup the clock that's
normally displayed on the Gnome panel or if its even possible. I'd
appreciate some thought on how I could setup a clock that could be fixed
to the task bar at the bottom of the screen.
