I haven't, but I can share what I learned from Trident Systems about the
170. Basically the bezel is too small to accommodate the Elo touch over
lay. At least that was the case back when I inquired about the 170.
That's been a few years, but it's probably still the case that you'd
have to send them off to Trident to be retrofitted if the did support it
as they have one of the only touch drivers for Solaris that I know of
that has been successful with Sun Rays.
You may want to contact Accutech as they have a touch system for Solaris
but I don't think it's ever been used in conjunction with Sun Rays.
