We have Sun Ray 270 all-in-one units so we don't have to worry about the extra box to mount. We just started wall mounting Sun Rays in public areas as kiosks: http://www.cyberresearch.com/store/product/swb_535_1190.2.htm http://www.cyberresearch.com/store/SWT_080_1188.2.htm http://www.cyberresearch.com/store/SWT_KBM_4390.2.htm
We're pretty happy with this kit so far. Since we only just started using them, though, I have no idea how durable they are. There was a fitted mount for a Sun Ray 2 on the 2009 Sun VDI EERC presentation, but the link to it is now dead.
