That seems to help.  utgstatus has been showing the desired
state for a while now.  I wanted to avoid making this change
because I heard here that it's an unsupported configuration,
but if I have to, I have to.

The new server isn't picking up any sessions yet, but I'll
give it a while and see if that changes.
