Darrel, I added '/opt/SUNWut/bin/utset -o s=h' to the /etc/opt/SUNWkio/sessions/vdm/vdm script.
But it doesn't seem to have any affect. I am running this in my test/dev environment so there are no users except for me. I have not adjusted the volume using windows.
