Check your firmware; I thought I was running ea2 firmware but I turned
out I wasn't.

I've got exactly the same problem on Solaris x86. The USB Software is
installed on Windows and seems to be running. I'm connecting with a
kiosk session to the XP machine and even that "-r usb:on" is set, USB
forwarding does not work. The USB memory stick and the floppy drive
haven't been recognized by Windows.
