Has anyone ever had any issues with Firefox locking up in Kiosk mode
while accessing a Citrix Web Interface?

I have SRSS4.2 Solaris 10 5/09 set up in kiosk mode to run only the
firefox 3.5.3 browser which is set to start at the customers Citrix Web
Interface login page.

When a user logs in to their Citrix account the sessions consistently
lock up every time they attempt to enter a path to a shared server or
drive in an explorer window as well as when they begin to type in a url
in the navigation window in IE the session immediately locks, for
example: I log in to my Citrix Web Interface page and if I open internet
explorer and type in any url or try to type the absolute patch to a
shared folder or drive the session locks up almost instantly. The only
way to work around this is to terminate that specific DTU kiosk session

If the user does not log into the Citrix Web Interface account and
instead goes to other sites in the Firefox kiosk browser the session
never locks up, period. They have no other issues when logging in to
their Citrix Web Interface page and running all their published
applications.

Any suggestions on where to look for the cause of this? There are
currently 10 users and the servers are two dual UltraSparcIIIi servers
with 16GB or RAM each.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Paul
