That is not a Sun Ray function. SRSS just provides display access to
whatever desktop or kiosk application you are running.
If you use a Solaris 10 desktop, the "Java Desktop System Release 3
Administration Guide" <http://docs.sun.com/app/docs/doc/819-0918> should
document modifying the launch menu or the panel for all users.
If you use a different Unix or Linux desktop or Windows desktop via
kiosk, you should look at corresponding documentation for that desktop
from its vendor.
