This is a regression. The problem seems to require NAT-T to be disabled on the gateway end, though it might also be the case that the Sun Ray also has to be behind a NAT router. The problem has been found and fixed and will be in the first 4.2 patch (whenever that happens). If you have a support contract, you can request an IDR to obtain the fix.
