They are available in the releases *as well* in the latest Sun Ray core services patches for the version you are running.

    This sounds like a dumb question, but I don't know the answer so I
    have to ask it anyway:

    Where do I get the latest sunray firmware?  I've got a mix of 1Gs
    and 2s (maybe with a 1 here and there).  They don't respond to PC
    keyboard hotkeys, and I'm having trouble with wireless keyboards and
    mice that should work.  I decided to try a firmware update, but the
    only firmware version I can find on my server is 3.1_32, dated
    august 2005.
