Windows XP supports ClearType over remote desktop since SP3.

2k3 supports ClearType after official update from M$. You can google KB# to
download it, x86 and x64 are supported.

It's no problem turning on ClearType in Windows session. Problem is you must
to turn on ClearType EVERY TIME after we are (re)connecting session.
