Hi all,

I have a problem and I am afraid what I want is not possible. But let me
explain. My setup: VDI3.1 on Solaris 10. Non-Card sessions go to VDI
login and card-users are presented with regular sessions: login to the
srss server's solaris. This is working fine.

Now I have been playing with the Desktop Client. no probs with the
installaion and it went to the VDI login which also works as expected.
But what I really want is to use the softclient to connect to the
existing 'native' solaris sessions.
I edited the token in the SRSS GUI and set the softclients pseudo-token
to a regular session. This way, I get a new solaris login box. That
would be great except for the fact that the user I am loggin on as
already has a solaris session associated with a smartcard and I get lots
of errors like 'firefox already running'

Next I tried to set the pseudo-token as an alias of the existing
smartcard-token but with no success, it would still show a new login
box.
I tried the same thing (alias tokens) with two smartcards and almost got
what I wanted: i could hot-desk with these two cards with the only
problem being that the session will bounce between two rays if both
cards are inserted at the same time (which I guess is somewhat
expected).

Any ideas?

Thanks
Bjoern
