Xnest on Solaris 10 is an old release, based on the X11R6.6 sources
mixed into the Xsun code base. You might try the newer /usr/X11/bin/Xephyr
which also opens a X server nested in an X window, but based off the Xorg
sources and supporting newer extensions (like Render & Composite) than Xnest.
