For keyboards that don't provide a USB country code, Sun Ray software
assumes a fixed country-specific layout, which defaults to English (US).
You can change the country layout to use for such keyboards:
- For a single DTU with GUI firmware, in the DTU GUI 'Advanced' menu.
- For either all DTUs or individual DTUs, by setting the 'kbcountry'
value in the .parms files for these DTUs. This approach requires that
DTUs are directed to a firmware server that supplies .parms files.
See the utfwadm(1m) man page (-i option) for documentation about adding
key-value parameters to .parms files and for country code values to use.
(AFAIK you also need to use these numeric values in the DTU GUI.)
