I've been told that this is a known issues and a suggested work around is to add the -O option to the uttsc arguments. This issue becomes a problem when someone wants to use a Sun Ray to drive a informational display like you would see in a lobby. It's been discussed here a few weeks ago so you may want to do a search for that topic.
