Hello,
yesterday I struggled with compilation of utdisk and today I got a
little bit further. Everything is compiled and installed but I can't get
it working.
First issue is with the firmware server: tftp-server is installed,
directory /var/lib/tftpboot contains the firmware files, and 'utfwadm
-P' says
System Version(P1) 4.2_77_2009.10.19.17.01
Domain Intf Upgrade to
------------ ------ --------------------------
192.168.128.0 eth1 4.2_77_2009.10.19.17.01
but when I switch on the DTU, I get 4G error (FW load: bad read).
The second issue is that the DTU doesn't display the login dialogue. It
gets an IP from the server but then it hangs with 27D error. The file
/var/opt/SUNWut/log/messages is empty. I suspect that gdm is not
properly configured but I don't know how to fix it.
