Hello Anil,
I was informed by Sun that the licensing model of Oracle does not work
well with subscriptions.
In order to simplify the sales/administration proces, Sun/Oracle decided
to go back to the old licensing model.
I was quite happy with the subscription model since it fits well with
the current SAAS/Cloud providers who also charge per workstation per
year or even per month.
With the old licensing model SAAS/Cloud providers (who want to add the
Sun Ray service) will have to pay/invest in Sun Ray licenses upfront.
This will be harder for smaller startup SAAS and Cloud providers.
But maybe Oracle is more focused on larger companies for now.
Hopefully they will relaunch a subscription model again in the future
for the smaller SAAS companies.

doesn't seem to show it. Only the perpetual license of $100.
